Spoke with manager who was rude and did not care that I had been waiting over an hour. If "short staffed" please let your customers know that wait times are over an hour and have them decide if their schedules allow, before ordering. Others around me were also waiting over an hour and getting frustrated. Many tables were open and it was not packed with people. WILL NEVER RETURN. Disappointed in their service.September 24, 2016
