  Hands down, starbuck's is pretty darn good! But I got tea recently and the lady said it should be super hot just let it settle down for a minuet or two, 5 minute went by and I got severe burns! I wasn't in the mood to complain but that was the only bad thing I really have on this place! Over all this place kicks absolute butt!

  Staff are friendly, drinks are always prepared nicely. Can be crowded though. No drive through and very limited seating space.

  Customer service in this Southlake location is terrible. I paid for my order and the barista dropped it on the floor. She didn't have anymore of what I ordered and she didn't even apologize that she dropped it. She just asked me why else I'd want.
  Various times that I have gone in.... the staff as well as the General Manager are very rude. Why is this location even open if they can't be nice to people, get orders correct, or ensure any form of customer service! I'll never go here again and encourage the Southlake community to do the same.
